Welcome to MyFestival.  This service makes it possible for you to automate your solo and ensemble festival.  It helps with the most difficult tasks associated with a festival and improves the overall experience for everyone concerned.

MyFestival helps with all three phases of the entry and scheduling process:

1. Entry Submission - Submission of the student entry information;
2. Schedule Preparation - Preparing the schedule for your festival; and
3. Schedule Review - Schedule review by directors, accompanists and students.

Entry Submission - During this phase, students complete their entry forms and submit them to their director along with the entry fee.  The directors use the website to submit the entries online.  Directors print a summary list of their entries for the host director and provide a check from their school for the total of all submitted entries.

Schedule Preparation - During this phase, a schedule is prepared by Kilgore Computing Services.  The schedule is made available on the website approximately one week after the data submission phase is completed.

Schedule Review - During this phase, all participants (directors, accompanists, and students) can review their own individual schedule online.

There are two plans available:

1. Host Directed Plan - This plan allows you (or a parent) to serve as the point of contact on your website.  The web contact answers the email questions and makes the changes to the schedule (late entries, changes in accompanist, changes in performance time, etc.) as needed.  The cost of this plan is $2 per time slot scheduled.
    
2. Kilgore Computing Directed Plan - This plan provides a web contact for you to perform the tasks above.  The cost of this plan is $4 per time slot scheduled.
