This music festival scheduling service is available
nationwide on the Internet. The following is a summary of what is
provided:
-
A website is established to support the scheduling of
your festival. Multiple festivals (or festivals that occur at
more than one site) can be combined on a single website if that
works best in your case. An example of what your website would
look like can be seen at solofestival.com
.
-
All participants in the festival will have access to
the website. Teachers and directors will enter the
performances of their students. Students will view their times
once schedules have been posted for review.
-
Preliminary schedules for the students of each teacher or director
are made available online for review by all participants. Any
time conflicts or other problems that are identified during this
review process are corrected prior to the festival.
-
Final schedules are emailed to the host of the
festival in a
printable Adobe PDF format.
-
Reports provided include:
-
Schedules are provided for each performance room.
-
Schedules are provided for the tabulation room.
These can also be used for the posting of the performance ratings at the festival.
-
Schedules are provided for the front desk that are
used to help direct people when they arrive at the festival.
-
Adjudication forms are provided for each performance.
These forms are used by the judges to record their comments and
rating for each performance. These forms are already filled
out with the identifying information (school, names, instruments,
music title, and grade of music) that was provided by the teachers
or directors
on the website.
The cost of this service is $4 per scheduled performance
(with a $2000 minimum). If you are interested in further
